In terms of these conditions of sale buyer/customer is a physical or legal person who orders at least one product, fills the required information and pays ordered product via www.snailpack.com website. If customer is a legal person and its information are entered, then the legal person is considered to be the customer and physical person whose data was entered is considered to be authorized customer.
For a valid product order a person who fulfills the order must be older than 18 years (business capacity). AB DIZAJN will periodically, in accordance with its decision, to place certain products on sale at a price that is lower than the price of these products in regular sales. After the expiration of the sales action deadline, AB DIZAJN will not accept orders under the terms relating to sale to which the term expires.
The product information at www.snailpack.com is regulated by AB DIZAJN. Product pictures are illustrative and may not always be identical to the ordered product. AB DIZAJN emphasizes that visual identity of the product shown on the photograph may not correspond to product in reality, especially due to monitor settings of customer’s computer, the difference in customer’s color perception, etc.
In case of the above mentioned discrepancy between the product shown on the photo and product delivered that is not considered to be product defect. Product information (product description, price, etc.) shown on www.snailpack.com are subject to bugs, irregularities in the application, other technical irregularities, typographic errors, etc. Product Data (Product Descriptions, Prices, etc.) Shown on www.snailpack.com are subject to bugs, application malfunctions, other technical malfunctions, typographical errors, etc. In the case of obvious errors or malfunctions regarding the product data displayed on AB DIZAJN reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
Due to the large number of orders delivered simultaneously to www.snailpack.com, it is possible that information of the material availability is not identical with the situation in AB DIZAJN warehouse.
AB DIZAJN will inform the customer that the material is currently unavailable, the deadline for material is available, and also offers the option of choosing alternative materials from www.snailpack.com that is available for delivery and which is by its characteristics the closest material that can not be delivered.
The products are ordered by selecting, using the menu and filling in the electronic form. Buyer can order and buy the product as a registered or unregistered user. The product is considered to be ordered when the buyer passes the entire order procedure.
Payments for ordered products can be made in the following forms:
• General Payments / Offense
• Card payments
The order is deemed to have been received:
• In the case of e-bank payment, general payment, receipt – at the time when www.snailpack.com electronically receives an order
In case the order is received or that the product has been successfully ordered, AB DIZAJN will electronically via e-mail or telephone notify the customer that the order has been received or that the product has been successfully ordered.
If the buyer does not receive the notification from the previous paragraph, it is suggested to check:
• Is the message in the Junk / Spam folder
• Is the mailbox full
• Are the items in the cart after signing up at www.snailpack.com and if they are not then the buyer should repeat the ordering process
• Once the product is wrapped in the warehouse, AB DIZAJN electronically e-mails to inform the buyer that the product was purchased and that the product was sent.
In the case of e-banking and general payment, the contract is deemed to have been concluded at the time when AB DIZAJN receives confirmation that the order amount has been paid.
If the product is ordered, and as a payment method is selected e-banking or general payment, AB DIZAJN undertakes to book a product in the warehouse for a period of 3 business days, excluding Saturday. Upon expiration of 3 working days from receipt of the order, AB DIZAJN does not guarantee the availability of the material.
Selecting each product next to the same are printed details – product name, short description, price, quantity.

In the case of the above-mentioned payment, the buyer replies and carries the risk of the accuracy and truthfulness of the submitted data as AB DIZAJN will make a refund of the funds in accordance with the submitted data.

Products can be ordered for delivery on the EU territory, under the conditions that apply to every area of service. Delivery on the territory of the EU is carried out by the delivery service chosen by AB DIZAJN.

AB DIZAJN is obligated to deliver the ordered product within 14 days from signing the contract.
For the ordered product to be resubmitted, on customer’s email request, to customer’s or recipient’s address. To take the ordered product at AB DIZAJN, with prior telephone agreement about the time of taking over. If customer doesn’t respond to directed email and chooses one of the options within 3 days, the selected product will be sent to the customer’s address by courier service.
When AB DIZAJN delivers the product to the customer or the recipient, by delivery service, the customer or recipient is required to sign the receipt, which confirms that the product is properly delivered. If customer orders product and refuses to accept it, AB DIZAJN is entitled to withhold from the amount paid, the amount of the purchase price, in the amount of shipping and other handling costs.
AB DIZAJN is responsible for the material defects of the things it sells on its pages in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia, in particular, the Obligations Act. Ordered products are packaged in a way that they will not be damaged by normal manipulation in transport/delivery. In case the ship is damaged in transport, such damage is visible when picking up the shipment and in that case, we suggest that the shipment is not taken over by the customer. Please, contact us to check the shipment status as soon as possible and send a new one. In the event of a shortage of goods when picking up the shipment, the buyer is not obligated to take over the product, may refuse the receipt, and will not bear the costs of delivering the item. It is considered that products that were duly received by the buyer did not have a noticeable defect. Upon receipt of goods, the order confirmation of the order depends on the buyer, and the buyer is obliged to compare the items received with the invoice if it is missing something within 14 days to submit a written objection to AB DIZAJN because the subsequent complaints will not be respected. By refusing to receive the delivery, the delivery service will return the shipment to AB DIZAJN, noting that the shipment contains a shortage. If the product has a hidden disadvantage (the disadvantage that could not be detected by the usual inspection when taking over the item) that the buyer determines upon opening the product – the buyer is entitled to unilateral termination of the contract and refund, replacement of the product, removal of the lack or price reduction.
In case the customer is unsatisfied for any reason, he can send the complaint by e-mail to email@example.com or in writing at AB DIZAJN, Slavenskog 6, 10000 Zagreb.
Buyer has the right to a justified complaint and to return goods in the following cases:
• Delivery of goods not ordered
• Delivery of goods that has a defect or damage that was not caused by transport
In the case of a claim for return of goods for justified reasons, the buyer is obliged to send a written complaint via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to AB DIZAJN, Slavenskog 6, 10000 Zagreb. For a quicker determination of a specific order to which the buyer has an objection, the complainant pleases customers to specify the order number, account number or their username. AB DIZAJN will confirm the receipt of the complaint in writing without delay and the answer under Art.10.st.5. The Consumer Protection Act must arrive within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt of the complaint. In the case of a justified complaint, the customer has the right to terminate the contract with the refund of the amount paid or the replacement for the correct, undamaged and valid product. AB DIZAJN will accept the refund of the defective, defective or incorrectly delivered goods at its expense if it is found that the objection is justified and that the buyer has not affected the correctness, damage or any lack of merchandise. In the case of a justified complaint, the cost of replacing the product with the new product is fully borne by AB DIZAJN.
